Ms. Arlene Garcia MTs

Arlene graduated from Everest Massage School in 2009 where she was ambassador of her class. In 2017 she started studying craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute. Arlene practices Zen Meditation in order to support the delicate nature of this work. In September 2016, she was ordained in Zen Meditation by the Venerable Subil Sunim. Arlene believes that balance of body, mind, and spirit make up the foundation for good health.
